Pressroom Become a Sponsor This year, the Ballroom Performance Group is looking for businesses to help us enrich the culture of Athens and the surrounding community through ballroom dance. We are offering some excellent advertising opportunities to all of our sponsors. If you would like to support BPG, while reaching new customers for your business, contact us for more information. Friday Night Dance 9/3/10 The next Friday Night Dance Party of the fall semester will be held on September 3, 2010 at the Dance Building on campus. There will be a free lesson from 7:00-8:00 and open dancing will be from 8:00 to 10:30. The dance costs $3 for students and $5 for non-students. There will be a special guest performance at 9:00 so don't miss it! Visit the contact us page if you need directions to the Dance Building. Ballroom Magic 2011 Put it on you calendar now! The dates for Ballroom Magic 2011 have been set. The four shows will be on January 27-29, 2010. There will be Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night shows and a Saturday matinee. Fairytale Magic ! ! ! For the first time ever, BPG hosted a second Spring show called Fairytale Magic earlier this year. We would like to thank Fowler Drive and Timothy Road Elementary Schools from Clarke County, High Shoals and Malcolm Bridge Elementary Schools from Oconee County, and Beaverdam Elementary School from Elbert County for attending the show.
